Job Summary

Own multi-channel demand generation for healthcare SaaS, driving pipeline through ABM, lifecycle, and analytics-driven optimization.

  • Coordinate multi-channel programs across paid media, email, webinars, events, SEO/SEM, partnerships, lifecycle, and ABM to generate high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and analytics to improve lead quality, funnel conversion, pipeline velocity, and attribution, turning data into scalable growth.
  • Refine messaging and GTM plans for healthcare buyers while optimizing website, automation, and tech systems to sustain rapid growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage multi-channel demand generation programs across: - Paid media - Email marketing - Webinars - Events - SEO/SEM - Partnerships - Lifecycle marketing - Account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads and pipeline
  • Lead Management & Funnel Optimization
  • Build and improve lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies throughout the buyer journey
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve:
  • Lead quality
  • Funnel conversion rates
  • Pipeline velocity
  • Marketing attribution
  • Optimize campaign performance based on conversion and engagement data
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Develop and execute targeted ABM strategies for key accounts and buying groups
  • Coordinate closely with Sales on account targeting, engagement strategies, and campaign execution
  • Create personalized marketing approaches for healthcare decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Analytics, Reporting & Performance Management
  • Create and manage campaign reporting, funnel analytics, KPI dashboards, and executive-level reporting
  • Monitor and analyze:
  • Marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Campaign ROI
  • CAC/CPL
  • Conversion metrics
  • Attribution performance
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and scalability
  • Messaging & Go-to-Market Support
  • Help refine positioning, messaging, and value propositions for healthcare audiences
  • Support go-to-market planning for new products, features, and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure messaging aligns across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success
  • Digital Experience & Marketing Technology
  • Oversee website optimization, conversion strategy, and digital performance improvements
  • Leverage marketing automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, personalization, and scalability
  • Manage and optimize systems such as HubSpot and related marketing technologies
  • Market & Competitive Insights
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activity, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Stay informed on healthcare SaaS and demand generation best practices to help evolve marketing strategy
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership
  • Contribute to strategic planning and help build scalable marketing infrastructure as the organization continues to grow
  • Serve as a key contributor to revenue growth and overall business strategy
