Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid media strategy and performance across social, search, display, and emerging platforms, driving efficient revenue growth and measurable incrementality
  • Manage and allocate media budgets across channels based on performance and business priorities
  • Optimize campaigns to drive ticket sales, lead generation, and fan acquisition at efficient CAC / ROAS
  • Own relationships with external media agencies, ensuring strategic alignment, transparent reporting, and continuous performance improvement tied to ticketing outcomes
  • Partner closely with the Ticketing & Business Strategy & Analytics teams to align media strategy and Ticketing Plans (Priority matches, offers, inventory, etc)
  • Build scalable, automated fan journeys that move fans from awareness to first purchase, repeat purchase, and long-term loyalty in partnership with Ticketing & BS&A
  • Translate insights into action, adjusting media channel mix, pacing, messaging, offers, or other tactics and match prioritization based on performance
  • Own single-game offer roadmap, partnering with Ticketing & Business Analytics to align strategy against goals. Work cross-functionally with content, design & brand teams to bring offers to life as needed
  • Define & report on core KPIs, including CPA, ticket revenue, total ticket volume, ROAS
  • Collaborate with Content & Creative to develop high-performing assets
