Team and process: mentor teams, improve delivery processes, and collaborate with leadership on strategic priorities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior strategic advisor to key client accounts
Oversee the development of integrated strategies that leverage data, analytics, and communications
Ensure client deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and strategic value
Identify opportunities to expand services and deepen client partnerships
Lead new business development efforts, from identifying opportunities through pitch and close
Develop and execute strategies to expand existing client relationships and drive organic growth
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and industry partners
Represent Stripe Theory at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Partner with the Managing Partner on strategic planning and operational priorities
Help build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

Requirements

8+ years of experience in digital marketing, PR communications, or analytics, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of driving business growth and winning new client relationships
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Agency experience strongly preferred
