Job Description

Responsibilities

  • External Leadership & Consultative Partnership
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with developers, owners, and third-party property management executives, decision makers and influences.
  • Consultant and Advisor: Analyze prospective clients’ portfolios (pacing, conversion funnels, brand positioning) to propose holistic, strategic solutions across creative branding, digital media, and website solutions.
  • Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Lead the pitching, negotiation, and closing of deals including portfolio-wide Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • Industry Representation & Advocacy: Represent Agency FIFTY3 at key national industry events, acting as an industry thought leader and market expert to build natural, inbound enterprise relationships. Engage with speaking events when opportunities are available.
  • Internal Influence & Operational Alignment
  • Operational Liaison: Act as the strategic bridge between external client expectations and internal agency capacity. Work hand-in-hand with our senior leaders to ensure upcoming scopes of work are realistic, profitable, and highly deliverable.
  • Revenue Quality Governance: Champion quality revenue. Protect the agency's operational health by vetting prospects for cultural alignment, scale potential, and timeline feasibility closing deals.
  • Seamless Transition from Sales to Delivery: Partner with Client Success for transition, ensuring the strategic vision pitched during the sales process is seamlessly translated to account management and project management teams.
