Job Summary

Own the end-to-end Field Admissions recruitment engine, turning market insights into enrollment growth while ensuring compliant, high-touch student service and data-driven optimization across channels and events.

  • Growth & Enrollment: lead field recruitment, market research, strategy, and policy development to maximize conversions and meet accreditation-aligned goals.
  • Operations & Compliance: train reps, resolve student inquiries, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate cross-functional feedback with campus leadership.
  • Data-Driven Outreach: systematically collect and analyze prospect, applicant, admitted, and enrolled data to optimize resource allocation and program effectiveness across multi-channel outreach.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Field Recruitment Strategy and Enrollment Leadership: oversee enrollment activities, market research, marketing/outreach strategies, and administrative policies and procedures.
  • Training and Compliance: ensure that all Field Admissions Representatives are properly trained in compliance and provide quality customer service to assist potential students in making career planning decisions.
  • Student Inquiry & Issue Resolution: evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and problems.
  • Compliance & Satisfaction: ensure appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, Company, and/or regulatory agencies in compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Conversion Optimization: direct the team to deliver maximum conversion rate.
  • Recruitment Outcomes & Accreditation: meet Field Admissions Department goals in the recruitment of students, based on school accreditation requirements.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: systematically collect, analyze, and use data on market, prospects, applicants, admitted students, and enrolled students, in order to target resources effectively and constantly improve field recruitment efforts.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: monitor and provide input to Corporate on the High School Strategic Plan for the campus and provide timely feedback to the Campus President.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: ensure effective use of the full range of electronic, social media, print, event, and personal contacts, in order to communicate with prospective students and applicants.
  • Events Planning: oversee the planning of events associated with field recruitment and information for new and prospective students.
  • Team Culture: cultivate an environment of teamwork, commitment, and ownership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred or have an equivalent combination of training, and experience
  • 5+ years or more of experience in Business, Sales or Marketing
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and SalesForce
  • Great communication skills
  • Well-versed in customer service
  • Ability to read and interpret documents pertaining to both internal and external policies
