Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in editorial, content marketing, thought leadership, brand publishing, or a related discipline, ideally in B2B technology.

  • Strong understanding of how content creates demand across organic search, social, email, events, earned media, and other channels.

  • Strong strategic judgment paired with a willingness to be hands-on when necessary.
  • The ability to operate in ambiguity and help shape the story while the company and product strategy are still evolving.

3.9 Glassdoor

Vitally is the Customer Success Platform built for teams who want to get ahead of their accounts instead of reacting to them.Customer Success runs on scattered data. Product usage lives in one tool, conversations in another, renewal dates in a spreadsheet, and the full picture in nobody's head. Vitally pulls all of it into a single account record, so every CSM walks into a renewal or a QBR knowing exactly where things stand. From that record, teams build the workflows that move retention and expansion. Track account health with Indicators that reflect how customers actually behave. Automate the busywork that eats a CSM's week. Trigger the right outreach at the right moment, and see which plays drive renewals instead of guessing.Vitally connects to the tools your team already uses, from your CRM to your product analytics to your support stack, and keeps everything current without manual upkeep. And with AI built into the account record itself, your team gets summaries, drafts, and next steps grounded in real customer context, not generic filler.Fast-growing B2B SaaS companies use Vitally to turn Customer Success into a growth engine.
