Job Summary
Own multi‑channel ecommerce leadership with a strong focus on Amazon and Shopify, driving revenue growth, profitability, and scalable channel expansion across emerging marketplaces.
- Growth & Channel Strategy: Define and execute the ecommerce plan across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart/TikTok Shop to lift online sales and margins.
- Channel Operations: Manage listings, ads, pricing, inventory, SEO, and conversion to improve ROAS and TACOS.
- Analytics & Forecasting: Track key metrics, forecast demand, and guide budgeting and investments to optimize performance.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ecommerce Strategy & Growth: Further develop and execute the company’s overall ecommerce strategy to drive online sales growth and profitability.
- Amazon Marketplace Management: Oversee Amazon sales performance, product listings, SEO, pricing, promotions, inventory health, and customer experience.
- Shopify & Direct-to-Consumer Operations: Manage and optimize the Shopify website experience including merchandising, product launches, promotions, content updates, and conversion optimization.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report key ecommerce KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, traffic, ROAS, TACOS, customer acquisition cost, and marketplace performance.
- Management & Leadership: Lead a team who focuses on day-to-day management and optimization of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Shopify storefront operations.
