Responsibilities

• Lead North America e-commerce and consumer electronics market analysis, develop channel development and expansion strategies to scale the business from startup to growth.
• Optimize core operations of existing e-commerce channels (listing, pricing, inventory) and lead new channel research and launch.
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing plans, track KPIs, and achieve revenue and profit goals.
• Build and lead the North America e-commerce team, and establish a results-oriented culture.
• Collaborate with internal teams and platform partners to secure resources and ensure full compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 8+ years of US e-commerce experience
• 5+ years in consumer electronics e-commerce senior management
• Proficient in Amazon/Walmart/Target/Bestbuy operations
• Proven track record of building new e-commerce channels from 0 to 1 in North America
• Strong P&L management ability with a proven record of driving revenue and GMV growth
• Excellent team building, cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
