Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the e-commerce product vision and roadmap, ensuring every site feature drives measurable business impact across conversion, subscription adoption, average order value, and customer lifetime value
  • Use customer insights, behavioral data, analytics, and experimentation to identify friction points and design opportunities across the end-to-end shopping and subscription flow
  • Translate insights into feature requirements, business cases, and prioritization frameworks, ensuring clarity on what should be built and why
  • Drive a rigorous experimentation and optimization agenda, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and AI-enabled personalization, owning hypotheses, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to continuously improve conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value
  • Leverage modern experimentation platforms, AI-powered analytics, and personalization tools to identify opportunities, accelerate learning cycles, and improve decision-making across the digital shopping experience
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, to enhance site performance, personalization, automation, and customer experience
  • Partner closely with UX/UI, Engineering, and CX to deliver high-quality, conversion-optimized experiences that reflect the brand of AG1 and deepen customer trust
  • Collaborate with Retention, Lifecycle Marketing, and Product to ensure the subscription experience is seamless and supports habit formation and long-term customer value
  • Use advanced analytics, testing frameworks, and AI-assisted insights to continuously optimize site performance, subscription flows, and customer journeys
  • Stay ahead of digital commerce trends, AI-driven product capabilities, customer behavior shifts, and competitive benchmarks to inform future enhancements

Requirements

  • 8+ years of e-commerce product management or digital product leadership (DTC or Subscription experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven success driving conversion, subscription adoption, and optimized digital shopping experiences
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills — able to turn data into decisions and customer insights into compelling product requirements
  • Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data-driven optimization, with experience using modern analytics, personalization, and AI-enabled tools to drive performance
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools, automation, or advanced analytics to improve digital product performance, personalization, or customer experience
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and create alignment across design, engineering, growth, and brand teams
  • A passion for optimizing customer experience and creating high-performing digital experiences
