Job Summary

Own and coordinate end-to-end digital partnerships and content-led marketing, balancing client goals with sponsorships, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional delivery to drive measurable business impact across media channels.

  • Partnerships & Sponsorships: identify, negotiate, and manage digital collaborations to meet client KPIs.
  • Content & Channel Strategy: lead integrated content programs that spark consumer engagement across display, video, mobile, and emerging formats.
  • Go-to-Market & Investment: shape narratives and present data-driven investment rationales to secure client buy-in.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Direct communication with clients for all marketplace intelligence, negotiation and partnership needs and take ultimate accountability for team’s day-to-day responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated content strategy across clients, driving creativity, ideation, and innovation that leads to ownable consumer engagement opportunities across digital channels
  • Oversee investment plan development, recommendation, and implementation for digital and content initiatives, incorporating necessary research and strategic rationale for client buy-in
  • Maintain, develop and grow relationships with appropriate client level contacts , senior-level media owners, and technology platform contacts
  • Collaboration with Strategy, Analytics and Business Lead teams to ensure alignment with and delivery against client KPI’s
  • Lead and manage project execution, including integrated sponsorships and content creation across, digital and emerging interactive platforms
  • Oversee the development of go-to-market strategy, recommendations, and POVs that integrate both digital media and content elements
  • Manage all integration and sponsorship production processes and communication, acting as the primary liaison between content partners and clients
  • Partner selection recommendation and justification designed to deliver on client KPIs, using sophisticated data and analytics to identify optimal partnerships and content opportunities
  • Develop staff through performance management, consistent feedback, and support for professional growth

Requirements

  • Excellent quantitative skills and ability to interpret analyze data to inform go-to-market strategies
  • Strong marketplace relationships with senior salespeople at major media companies
  • Creative approach to defining deal terms including pricing models and value based on client objectives
  • Strong project management skills including organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Strong client service skills; team player with ability to work both independently as a leader and as part of a focused team
  • High level of comfort presenting to clients and internal team members
  • Proven track record with client relations and growing existing business
  • Solid understanding of marketing/communications process and the role of media partnerships in it
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience related to digital
