Director, Digital Media Buying & Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Acquisition Strategy & Media Leadership
• Lead paid acquisition strategy across all performance marketing channels
• Oversee budget allocation, pacing, optimization, and scaling initiatives
• Drive acquisition efficiency and customer growth through data-driven decision making
• Continuously evaluate new channel opportunities, platform capabilities, and media trends
• Own promotional and sales calendar for acquisition
• Media Performance & Optimization
• Own media testing strategy across creative, audience, bidding, and channel optimization
• Translate media insights into actionable recommendations for Growth Marketing, Content, and Ecommerce teams
• Own insights to testing hypotheses calendar and roadmap, including briefing in required deliverables and test design

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition
• Proven experience managing large-scale paid media budgets across multiple channels
• Deep understanding of acquisition strategy, media optimization, and performance analytics
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in direct-response, ecommerce, subscription, or beauty/wellness environments preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic action
