Growth & Accountability: Build and govern the digital marketing P&L, funnel metrics, and performance dashboards for both residential and commercial channels.
Cross-Functional Execution: Align digital strategy with revenue priorities through close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Brand; drive AI-enabled search, CRO, and testing to maximize ROI.

Job Description

Own and optimize Guardian Protection’s end-to-end digital growth engine, balancing budget, channel mix, and ROI while uniting Sales, Product, and Brand around revenue priorities.

P&L & Budget: Digital marketing strategy, budget, channel mix, and results across residential and commercial audiences.
Funnel & ROI: Awareness-to-lead funnel optimization with disciplined measurement and accountable economics.
Residential & Commercial Spend: Maximize ROI through paid and owned spend optimization.
Paid Media Measurement: Ensure every dollar is measured against economics with rigorous attribution.
Organic Search & AI: Lead SEO strategy including AI-driven and generative search visibility across traditional and AI-relevant environments.
Website End-to-End: Oversee UX, CRO, content, performance, and testing roadmap.
Commercial Digital Experience: Build premium, consultative experiences for business buyers.
Data & Attribution: Maintain the marketing data layer and dashboards to drive smart investment decisions.
Agency & Vendor mgmt: Manage partners against outcomes, not activity.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Brand to align digital with revenue priorities.
