Job Description

Own the end-to-end fundraising program to hit a $1.2M goal by diversifying revenue streams, cultivating high-net-worth donors, and ensuring data-driven grant support and reporting.

  • Strategy & Stakeholders: Lead a diversified fundraising program spanning individual giving, foundations, corporations, and sponsors.
  • Donor Cultivation: Build personalized cultivation and solicitation plans for high-net-worth donors.
  • Operations & Grants: Oversee grant writing, reporting, and donor management in collaboration with the grant consultant and CRM systems.
  • Team Leadership: Guide a 4-person team (special events, communications, community relations, grant consultant) with measurable goals and weekly check-ins.
  • Fundraising Initiatives: Plan and execute appeals (digital/print), parlor events, women philanthropy programs, and other initiatives.
  • Committee Collaboration: Work with the Development Committee chair to set agendas and meeting goals.
  • CRM & Data: Ensure accurate donor data input and management; familiarity with Bonterra/EveryAction is a plus.
  • Grant Oversight: Oversee grant writing, reporting, and calendar in partnership with a grant writing consultant.
  • Impact Materials: Prepare presentations and materials for donor/sponsor meetings, speaking engagements, and related activities.
  • Communications Alignment: Prepare and distribute monthly communications to volunteers and donors and coordinate with the Communications Manager on the social media calendar and fundraising materials.
