Job Summary

Own and run paid acquisition across Meta and Google, driving pipeline through strategic campaigns, agency management, and rigorous measurement. Lead HubSpot automation, lifecycle, and lead-routing while building dashboards, nurture programs, and close-loop optimization. Partner with Marketing and Operations to align brand, forms, and enrollment capacity, delivering consistent funnel insights to the CEO.

  • Coordinate cross-functional operations for lead-to-enrollment flow

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of paid advertising budget across Meta and Google
  • Campaign strategy, targeting, and channel mix
  • Direction and performance management of our external media agency, which executes to your strategy
  • Lead quality, cost per lead, and cost per qualified lead by campaign, market, and source
  • HubSpot lifecycle stages, pipelines, lead routing, and assignment rules
  • Sales workflows, sequences, and automated follow-up
  • Attribution and source tracking: UTM taxonomy, conversion events, and channel definitions
  • Funnel and paid-media dashboards — the single source of truth for pipeline performance
  • Identifying where leads stall, disengage, or drop out, and fixing it
  • Manage the inbound sales team and set clear expectations for lead response and follow-up

Requirements

  • Meaningful hands-on experience with HubSpot — workflows, automation, lifecycle architecture, and reporting
  • Direct experience managing paid budgets in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including agency oversight
  • High-volume inbound lead generation and conversion-rate optimization
  • Lead attribution, source tracking, and CRM data integrity
  • Dashboard development and KPI reporting for an executive audience
  • Experience managing a sales team, not only a reporting function
  • Comfort owning a number and defending it
  • Education, workforce development, vocational training, or another high-volume consumer sales environment is helpful but not required
