Job Description

Preferred

  • Ownership of multi-channel growth strategies with responsibility for revenue impact.
  • Strong analytical ability. Comfortable with experimentation, attribution, and funnel analysis.
  • Experience running high-tempo experimentation cycles across channels, messaging, and conversion points.
  • Ability to operate independently and in ambiguity, prioritizing speed and learning over perfection.
  • Ability to partner effectively with sales and build alignment across teams.
  • Ability to tailor acquisition strategies by ICP, industry, and buying persona.
  • Experience developing creative assets and working with content and design partners.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A mindset focused on iteration and measurable impact.

Benefits

  • Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401K plan
