Job Description

Own cross‑channel activation for a regulated financial services environment, turning briefs into coordinated campaigns across paid media, email, organic social, and content distribution while maintaining brand consistency and governance.

  • Partner with the Head of Cross-Channel Marketing to translate annual and quarterly priorities into actionable campaign plans and activation calendars.
  • Run the cross‑channel activation rhythm from intake through post‑campaign optimization, including status meetings and dependency management.
  • Manage and develop the Manager, Paid Media & Activation to ensure strategy, budget pacing, testing, and optimization are embedded in campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the Manager, Email & Marketing Automation to align email, automation, and owned channels with the broader campaign experience while preserving channel accountability.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Sales, BI, Technology, Marketing Ops, Compliance, Website Strategy, and external agencies to move campaigns from brief to launch to reporting.
  • Establish and maintain campaign governance, briefs, calendars, QA, approval checkpoints, tagging standards, destination requirements, and reporting inputs.
  • Ensure cross‑channel activation reinforces the NYLIM brand story across advisor, institutional, client, prospect, and boutique touchpoints.
  • Lead agency coordination for activation, ensuring alignment on strategy, timelines, budgets, destination needs, and measurement expectations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting cadences, dashboards, test plans, and performance narratives tied to business objectives.
  • Identify workflow improvements and AI-enabled processes to speed activation while maintaining quality and regulatory awareness.
