Job Summary

Own the content and lifecycle engine that shapes the brand voice, accelerates deals, and moves buyers through ABM and nurture programs.

  • Own tone of voice and messaging across website, SEO, ABM, and sales enablement to drive authority and revenue.
  • Lead executive thought leadership and lifecycle content that supports complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Brand to ensure consistent positioning and measurement across acquisition and ABM.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own tone of voice and write across formats: website copy, long-form thought leadership, SEO content, ABM campaigns, and sales enablement pieces.
  • Set messaging and lifecycle strategy, then execute against it across the website, SEO, long-form content, ABM campaigns, and sales materials.
  • Lead executive messaging and thought leadership that builds authority and supports sales conversations.
  • Build content for account-based marketing tailored to specific accounts and buyers.
  • Design and optimize nurture programs, segmented email workflows, and retargeting to improve funnel progression.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to keep positioning consistent across acquisition and account-based work.
  • Oversee PR as the function matures, keeping press materials and executive communications consistent with brand voice.
  • Align messaging with Growth Marketing for consistent positioning across acquisition and account-based efforts.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Creative to maintain voice consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Lead and develop content and lifecycle team members, setting priorities and performance standards.
  • Track engagement, conversion, and retention metrics, and use them to sharpen the work.
