  • Measurement and governance: set KPIs, run weekly performance reviews, and align on spend, briefs, and calendar-driven output.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Paid and organic content strategy across Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, Google (YouTube, Search/SEO), LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit
  • 50+ creative assets per customer segment per month, organic and paid
  • Photo and video shoot coordination.
  • Seeding and gifting. You find the right people to bring on as partners or affiliates, and you keep those relationships warm. You send Big A## Thank You, Congrats, Birthday cards to creators and media contacts. This is how we do PR.
  • Day-to-day management of a content producer, video creator, graphic designer, social media manager, creator/affiliate manager, and copywriter, the team isn’t built yet you would be apart of it
  • Paid media agency relationship: weekly reviews, creative briefs, spend approvals
  • Affiliate and influencer program operations, alongside the creator/affiliate manager
  • KPIs and weekly performance reporting
  • Hiring and onboarding as the team scales

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years running a content team, ideally at a DTC or e-commerce brand.
  • High energy, kick-a## personality, and genuine belief in the mission. We're not a calendar company. We help people live bigger, better lives.
  • A track record of actually growing organic social accounts, not just maintaining them. You'll get your hands dirty while the team comes together.
  • Comfortable with performance data. You can read a Meta Ads dashboard and hold an agency accountable.
  • Experience managing creators, affiliates, or influencer programs.
  • Strong project management instincts. You build systems, content calendars, and workflows without being asked.
  • A clear communicator and good manager. People know what you expect and they want to work for you.
  • Real interest in lifestyle, wellness, or physical product brands.
  • Someone who wants to be part of the first inning of something BIG

    The Big A## Calendar

This calendar is BIG and we wouldn't have it any other way. It's designed to keep your attention focused on your goals, events, trips, and any other incredible things that you decide to plan. Take "regret" out of your vocabulary. Take control of your year with a fun and functional calendar that works, because a memorable year won’t happen unless you plan it.
