Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop customized reputation and visibility strategies for executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations.
  • Lead strategic consultations with clients to understand business objectives, reputation risks, and visibility goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on online reputation management, Wikipedia strategy, digital PR, and search presence.
  • Act as the primary strategic contact for high-value clients.
  • Lead regular strategy calls, performance reviews, and campaign planning sessions.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams responsible for research, content, SEO, PR outreach, and Wikipedia editorial work.
  • Oversee the strategic direction of campaigns related to reputation repair, negative content removal, Wikipedia article development and compliance, knowledge panel strategy, digital authority building.
  • Define clear KPIs and success metrics for client campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategy as necessary.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, PR, reputation management, or strategic consulting.
  • Experience managing high-value or executive-level clients.
  • Strong understanding of search reputation, digital PR, and online visibility strategies.
  • Ability to translate complex reputation issues into clear strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with online reputation management or crisis communications.
  • Familiarity with Wikipedia editorial policies and reputation risk management.
  • Background in digital PR, SEO strategy, or brand communications.
