Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy rates in the skilled nursing facility.
  • Identify, build, and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, home health agencies, and other community referral sources.
  • Manage the admissions pipeline and follow up on leads, referrals, and tours to convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Serve as liaison between referral sources, families, and facility staff to ensure a smooth admission process.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the healthcare marketplace.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop annual marketing and census goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local healthcare developments to adapt strategies.
  • Plan and execute community outreach programs and events to raise awareness about our services.
  • Collaborate with the management team to design promotional materials and content for various platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of Healthcare Marketing experience, preferably in Skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings.
  • Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid, managed care, and SNF services including short-term rehab and long-term care.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven and organized with excellent follow-through
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
