Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive referral growth and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
• Represent the facility in community outreach programs and at networking events.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to create marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Ensure the facility’s services are well-positioned to meet the needs of potential patients and families.
• Monitor and report on business development activities and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required).
• Experience in business development, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Proven track record of building successful partnerships and generating business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop data-driven strategies.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and industry trends.
