Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the annual marketing plan, setting strategic business goals and ensuring alignment across the organization. Influence and align senior leadership behind the brand strategy and annual marketing calendar, presenting recommendations and building the business case for major programs.
• Support product strategy and innovation priorities, identifying opportunities and barriers
• Drive brand awareness, strengthen differentiation, and convert brand equity into sales growth
• Direct creative briefs and campaign strategies for brand‑differentiating work
• Lead scalable marketing programs and tools usable nationally with retailers
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce compelling brand touchpoints (website, packaging, advertising collateral) and initiatives
• Manage marketing budgets, forecast costs, and report on KPIs
• Oversee brand messaging, and partner Creative on visual identity and packaging design
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning
• Mentor and develop team members, building the capability and structure needed to deliver against Beyond’s growth goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA Preferred.
• 8+ years of brand management, brand-building, and integrated marketing experience, ideally within food and beverage or consumer brands.
• 4+ years leading and developing marketing teams, including managing managers
• Strategic brand leader who can set a compelling vision and translate it into clear plans and priorities for the team
• Demonstrated track record owning brand strategy and delivering breakthrough, full-funnel go-to-market campaigns and product launches
• Proven people leader and coach who builds, develops, and inspires high-performing teams
• Strong financial and business acumen, with a spirit of ownership and comfort managing budgets and driving ROI
• Exceptional communicator and cross-functional collaborator who influences at all levels of the organization
• Ability to flex from high level strategic thinking and influencing senior level leadership to driving detailed execution of projects that are on budget and on time.
• Analytical skills to leverage and synthesize data and insights for decision-making while balancing urgency, bold thinking and willingness to take risks.
