Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • · Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that support ticket sales, revenue growth, customer engagement, and organizational goals across all sports and major initiatives.
  • · Lead annual and seasonal digital marketing planning tied to sport calendars, ticketing priorities, departmental initiatives, and organizational objectives.
  • · Establish digital marketing strategies that effectively move consumers through the customer journey, from awareness and consideration through purchase, engagement, and retention.
  • · Serve as a strategic partner to ticket sales, communications, creative services, sponsorship, merchandising, development, and other internal stakeholders to align digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
  • · Lead, manage, and develop two (2) Coordinators, Digital Marketing, establishing clear goals, priorities, processes, and performance expectations.
  • · Provide strategic direction and quality control for digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across the department.
  • Email Marketing & CRM
  • · Oversee email marketing strategy, segmentation, automation, personalization, and lifecycle campaigns to drive ticket sales, purchases, engagement, and retention.
  • · Develop targeted email strategies supporting ticketing, merchandise, premium seating, donations, events, promotions, and other consumer initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience.
  • Senate Bill 1310- The Florida Senate (https://www.flsenate.gov/Session/Bill/2023/1310) is conditional upon meeting all employment eligibility requirements in the U.S.
  • SB 1310: Substitution of Work Experience for Postsecondary Education Requirements
  • A public employer may include a postsecondary degree as a baseline requirement only as an alternative to the number of years of direct experience required, not to exceed:
  • (a) Two years of direct experience for an associate degree;
  • (b) Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree;
  • (c) Six years of direct experience for a master’s degree;
  • (d) Seven years of direct experience for a professional degree; or
  • (e) Nine years of direct experience for a doctoral degree
  • Related work experience may not substitute for any required licensure, certification, or registration required for the position of employment as established by the public employer and indicated in the advertised description of the position of employment.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field and 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, consumer marketing, e-commerce, CRM, or a related field, with increasing leadership responsibility is preferred.
