• Motivate & Coach: Develop a high-performing team of Direct Marketing Agents through on-the-spot coaching, team huddles, ride-alongs, and performance feedback.
• Drive Lead Volume: Oversee your territory’s outreach efforts to ensure your team is generating a strong pipeline of qualified appointments for our sales consultants.
• Maintain Excellence: Ensure every interaction reflects the professionalism of Renewal by Andersen—your leadership sets the standard.
• Team Logistics: Use a company vehicle to transport yourself and your team to assigned neighborhoods, ensuring smooth operations every day.
• Be the Product Expert: Understand our products and services so you can train your team to confidently educate homeowners.

Requirements

• High-energy, personable, and naturally inspiring
• Prior management experience leading teams in fast-paced environments
• 5+ years in sales or a related customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
