Digital Video Producer - Content Creation - DMS

Responsibilities

• 3+ years of professional experience in video production.
• Proven ability to shoot autonomously for smaller-scale productions (e.g. social retainers, lean content shoots), including managing lighting, camera and sound independently when needed.
• Comfortable working across a variety of production environments from solo setups to larger-scale commercial shoots.
• Ability to step into a range of crew roles as needed, including Director of Photography, Camera Operator, 1st AC, 1st AD and Director.
• Mastery of lighting techniques (natural and artificial), camera systems (Blackmagic, RED, Wave, etc.), and post-production workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across creative and production teams.
• Proven ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver visually compelling results aligned with brand and campaign goals.
• Direct talent on set, ensuring strong performances and authentic storytelling.
• Maintain high-quality standards across all stages of production from pre-production through post.
• Design and execute the visual look of each project, including lighting, camera movement, and composition.
