Digital Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, programmatic display, remarketing and more
• Develop paid search campaigns including keyword research, ad copy, bidding strategies and ongoing optimization
• Manage display and video campaigns, including audience targeting, placements and creative testing
• Manage campaign budgets with attention to detail
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for efficiency, engagement and conversions
• Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixels and tagging
• Connect the dots between platform reporting, campaign performance, website analytics, down-funnel data, and client goals, provide clear reporting and analysis, valuable insights, and actionable recommendations
• Build and maintain client-facing reporting dashboards with data from Google Ads, Bing, GA4, and more
• Assist in the setup and management of inventory feeds in Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign strategy, media planning and creative development
• Assist with digital media recommendations, strategy development and client presentations
• Stay up to date on the latest digital media trends, platforms and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns
• Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display and YouTube)
• Experience with programmatic or display advertising platforms
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital campaign tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to write clear and compelling ad copy
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and grow
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Tag Manager – Conversion setup and troubleshooting
• Looker Studio – Dashboard and automated reporting
• Google Merchant Center & Facebook Commerce Manager – Feed management and troubleshooting
• Local Service Ads
• Programmatic buying
• A/B testing
• Conversion optimization
• Experience with paid social media marketing and platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Tiktok, reddit, and others a plus
