Job Description

Responsibilities

Expertise in planning, buying, trafficking, and optimizing media across social (Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, YouTube), display (direct to publisher and programmatic) and SEM. Experience teaching, managing, and mentoring junior media buyer/planners, getting them up to speed and helping to grow them to the next level.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing ROI-driven media strategies for clients across a wide range of ad verticals. This person will work side by side with the existing media teams to strengthen current campaigns but will also be expected to develop new media plans for future clients. Enthusiasm and passion for all facets of the media buying process (planning, creative, measurement, optimization, etc.) are a must.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (Search & YouTube), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
- Manage campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and budget allocation across multiple clients
- Monitor performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and conversion rate
- Implement and QA tracking including pixels, GA4 events, and conversion APIs
- Conduct ongoing creative testing and optimization in partnership with creative teams
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights through reporting dashboards and presentations
- Utilize platform automation tools and AI optimization features to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with account and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in paid social including knowledge of platforms, creative opportunities, and best practices – but we are open to entry level!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work as a member of the DX team
Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to pivot between multiple projects and opportunities.
Detail oriented and excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and proven track record for taking initiative
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Google Adwords and Facebook Blueprint certifications a plus
