Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Expertise in planning, buying, trafficking, and optimizing media across social (Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, YouTube), display (direct to publisher and programmatic) and SEM.
  • Experience teaching, managing, and mentoring junior media buyer/planners, getting them up to speed and helping to grow them to the next level.
  • Optimization & Analysis: Monitor performance daily, performing A/B testing, and adjusting bids/budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Client Management: Act as the main point of contact, providing updates on campaign pacing and delivering results reports.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage insertion orders, negotiate with vendors, and handle monthly billing reconciliation.
  • Strategy Development: Develop media points of view (POVs) and align tactics with client business objectives.
  • Lead paid media strategy and campaign planning across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
  • Develop media plans including budget allocation, channel mix, and forecasting
  • Manage campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and optimization across multiple clients
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights through reporting dashboards and client presentations

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in paid social including knowledge of platforms, creative opportunities, and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to pivot between multiple projects
  • Detail oriented with excellent time management
  • Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and proven track record for taking initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Google Adwords and Facebook Blueprint certifications a plus
  • Ability to work as a member of the DX team

Preferred

  • GA4 experience (tracking/measurement)
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
