Own the day-to-day management and optimization of entry-level digital ad campaigns, turning data into actionable improvements across paid search, display, and video while ensuring consistency with process standards and reporting results.

Campaign Operations: Execute, monitor KPIs, and report on paid channels to drive early performance.
Analytics & Audits: Pull dashboards, analyze trends, and identify optimization opportunities across campaigns.
Asset & Process Alignment: Manage creatives, follow SOPs, and complete foundational platform trainings to enable scalable results.

Job Description

Responsibilities\n

Execute, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns across paid search, display, video, and OTT
Monitor and improve campaign KPIs, proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions
Support keyword and performance optimizations to drive results
Manage creative assets and ensure campaigns align with requirements
Pull, analyze, and interpret reports from internal dashboards and third-party platforms
Conduct account audits and identify trends across campaigns and product lines
Track competitive insights and market trends
Maintain campaign updates, including monthly incentives
Follow established workflows, SOPs, and ticketing processes
Complete training in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Advertising

Requirements\n

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
Foundational knowledge of digital advertising (Paid Search, Display, Video)
Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred\n

Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications
Experience with project management or ticketing systems (Jira a plus)
