Job Summary

Own social content and audience data storytelling for a healthcare network, from daily posting to data-driven optimization across channels.

  • Content & posting: Own day-to-day social publishing, scheduling, and channel monitoring with aligned tone and policy adherence.
  • Analytics & reporting: Build dashboards and quarterly summaries from Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, and related tools; translate findings into leadership-ready recommendations.
  • Collaboration & governance: Align with clinic leadership and branding to keep messaging cohesive across sites.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring of PYAM’s social media channels.
  • Manage engagement activities including comment responses, direct messages, and community interaction in accordance with clinic policies and tone guidelines.
  • Proactively source, draft, edit, and publish social media content aligned with brand voice, clinical priorities, and patient education goals.
  • Develop and implement short-form video and photo content, including on-site visits to clinics for filming and photography.
  • Maintain an organized editorial calendar, including seasonal campaigns, annual observances, provider highlights, clinic updates, and patient education themes.
  • Track, clean, and analyze digital marketing performance data, including follower growth, engagement rates, impressions, clicks, website traffic, referral sources, search visibility, and campaign performance.
  • Develop recurring dashboards and quarterly analytics summaries using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, Sprout, Google Business Profile insights, and advertising platform reports.
  • Translate analytics into clear business recommendations for clinic leadership, including what content is working, which channels are driving engagement, and where outreach can be improved.
  • Support measurement of paid media, SEO, directory listings, and community campaigns by defining basic KPIs, maintaining tracking sheets, and comparing results against prior periods.
  • Assist with data quality checks, documentation of reporting logic, and organization of campaign data so reports are repeatable, accurate, and easy to understand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Digital Media, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience or academic background in data management, database concepts, data pipelines, reporting automation, business intelligence, or analytics.
  • Experience managing or supporting multiple social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Working knowledge of general marketing concepts, tools, and workflows, including content calendars, SEO basics, engagement strategies, paid media concepts, and campaign reporting.
  • Ability to work with structured data from multiple platforms, organize files and metrics, perform basic analysis, and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Sprout, Canva/Adobe tools, website content management systems, or similar platforms.
  • Strong customer service and guest relations skills with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Creative design experience preferred, including graphic design, layout, and brand asset development.
  • Highly organized individual with strong documentation habits and attention to data accuracy.
