Job Summary
Lead multi-channel paid media programs across Google, Microsoft, and Meta to drive client KPIs while coaching a growing team of specialists.
- Own multi-channel paid media strategy and full-funnel optimization across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta platforms to meet client KPIs.
- Lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization; translate business objectives into measurable media plans and share performance insights with clients and internal teams.
- Develop repeatable processes, QA frameworks, and coaching, mentoring Paid Search and Paid Social specialists, while scaling the team and ensuring best-practice standards.
