Responsibilities

• The primary responsibilities will be to support client work across Website Development, SEO, reporting/analytics and campaign management.
• - SEO: keyword research, on-page updates (titles/meta/H1s/internal links), and quality assurance.
• - Analytics/Reporting: pull insights from GA4, flag tracking issues.
• - Campaign Management: build and manage Digital Marketing Campaigns including Google, Meta and Programmatic.
• - Project Coordination: track tasks/deadlines, turn notes into next steps, manage campaign assets, keep work moving.
• - Attending meetings as required. (i.e.: staff meetings, digital sales meetings, one-on-ones with your direct supervisor, and client reporting calls.)

Requirements

• Solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals SEO + analytics.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively internally and externally.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining accessible and responsive during regular weekday business hours.
• Comfortable in a faith-based, integrity-first agency environment.

Preferred

• GA4 set up and management.
• Google Tag Manger set up and management.
• Google Ads Campaign Management.
• Meta Ads Campaign Management.
• Programmatic Campaign Management.
• Comfort with and experience in AI Platforms like Claude and ChatGPT.
• Website Development.
