Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth of the digital portfolio—your compensation scales with the business you build and the results you deliver.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel digital strategies aligned with client objectives and performance KPIs.
  • Partner with data and insights teams to translate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations clients can act on.
  • Oversee audience segmentation, media mix modeling, and channel allocation to maximize return on every dollar spent.
  • Build and present campaign plans, performance reports, and optimization roadmaps to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay ahead of the curve—continuously identifying new platforms, technologies, and creative opportunities that drive results.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across the full customer journey.
  • Support new business development with strategic recommendations and performance projections.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation: test, learn, iterate, and share what works.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital media strategy, preferably in an agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in major ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic DSPs.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools: GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.

Preferred

  • Bonus: Experience with CRM, automation, or data integration systems.
