Responsibilities

• Digital Advertising & Analytics
• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta to drive website traffic, conversions, and sales
• Manage advertising budgets and continually optimize campaigns to improve return on ad spend
• Analyze campaign and website performance to identify opportunities for growth, test new strategies and creative, and make data-driven decisions that increase online sales
• Track and report key performance metrics, with a strong focus on revenue, conversions, ROAS, and other KPIs that measure the effectiveness of paid advertising
• Social Media Management
• Assist in brainstorming and planning content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
• Post and schedule content in accordance with the content calendar
• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages to foster community interaction
• Influencer Management

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads and Meta Business Suite required
• Skilled in leveraging analytics tools
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, innovative, and data-driven
• Experience with Shopify is a plus
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• Basic understanding of digital advertising metrics
• Able to adhere to brand guidelines
