Job Summary

Own and execute digital marketing across social, paid ads, SEO/content, email workflows, reporting, and content updates, coordinating with external partners as needed.

  • Own social channels from calendar to captions and growth
  • Plan and optimize Google/Meta Ads campaigns with budgets and reporting
  • Drive SEO, content, and email workstreams to support sales

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social media. Own Instagram and Facebook end to end — content calendar, captions, posting, community engagement, and growth. Our destinations photograph beautifully; your job is to turn that into an audience.
  • Paid advertising. Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns — targeting, budgets, creative briefs, and performance reporting.
  • SEO and content. Keyword research, on-page optimization, blog posts, and website copy that brings in qualified organic traffic.
  • Email and CRM. Build and send campaigns in HubSpot, maintain clean lead and client records, and set up nurture sequences that support the sales team.
  • Reporting. Track organic traffic, PPC performance, email engagement, leads, and booking conversions — and tell us what the numbers mean, not just what they say.
  • Keep website content current (we'll show you our workflow — you don't need to be a developer)
  • Produce supporting marketing materials: brochures, one-pagers, promotional content for sales
  • Coordinate with outside designers, photographers, and developers as needed

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience. You should be able to walk us through campaigns you personally ran.
  • Social media ownership, not just support. You've run a brand account — planned the calendar, written the captions, shot or sourced the visuals, and watched the numbers.
  • Direct experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads — building campaigns, not just reading the reports
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing platform
  • Real SEO experience: keyword research, on-page work, content that ranks
  • Strong writing. A meaningful share of this job is producing polished, on-brand copy for a luxury audience.
  • Comfort with marketing data and analytics — you should be curious about why a number moved
  • Familiarity with AI tools and how they fit into SEO, content, and campaign work
  • Highly organized, able to juggle several projects without dropping details
  • Proven ability to work remotely: you manage your own calendar, communicate proactively in writing, flag problems before they become emergencies, and don't need someone looking over your shoulder to stay productive

Preferred

  • Nice to have: travel, luxury, hospitality, or high-end consumer marketing experience. Google Workspace and Meta Business Suite fluency. Basic comfort editing website content in a modern CMS or codebase (we use Next.js and GitHub — no development experience required).
