Rep Lock Marketing is a small digital marketing agency. Our main focus is getting our clients real, measurable results they can plainly see. We’re growing fast and want people who want to grow with us.

Who You Are

You’re a good fit for this role if you’re a fast learner and good problem solver. You don’t mind asking for help, but can figure out most things on your own. You pay close attention to details and catch small mistakes before they reach a client. You care about producing high-quality work. Lastly, you’re eager to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients
• Meet with prospective clients interested in using our services
• Prepare reports and keep logs of everything
• Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads management under supervision
• Handle SEO tasks under supervision
• Help with WordPress work, primarily using Elementor, under supervision
• Work with the team on creative, landing pages, tracking, and related tasks
• Help keep projects on schedule through consistent organization

Qualifications

• Some experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or basic web design/building
• Strong communication skills, since the role will involve client-facing work
• Ability to learn quickly and problem solve
• High attention to detail
• Agency experience is a plus, but not required

Other Details

We’re a small team, so this role requires someone who can learn quickly and figure things out without a lot of hand-holding. We’ll help where we can, but a big part of the job is being resourceful and moving things forward independently. We’re also not looking for a salesperson for this role. Instead, we’re looking for someone with strong potential and the general competency to grow into this position over time.
