Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in PPC, SEO, and lead generation. This role is focused on generating qualified leads and improving campaign performance over time.
  • You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid ads, improving search visibility, and identifying opportunities to increase conversions.
  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms
  • Monitor and optimize performance (CPC, CPA, conversions)
  • Test ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Improve on-page SEO (content, structure, metadata)
  • Develop and execute backlink strategies
  • Increase organic traffic and rankings
  • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads or similar)
  • Experience with SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, backlinks)
  • Ability to track and improve performance metrics (CPC, CPA, conversions)
  • Experience generating leads for service-based or tech-related businesses
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain strategy clearly
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Preferred

  • Experience with B2B marketing.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience writing ad copy or landing page content.
