Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and digital advertising channels
- Support campaign setup, deployment, and optimization to improve performance and engagement
- Ensure campaigns align with marketing objectives and target audience needs
- Create and manage digital content for website, email, and social media platforms
- Develop promotional assets aligned with brand voice and partner messaging
- Support design and content creation using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaigns
- Support search engine optimization (SEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO) efforts to improve visibility and traffic
- Assist in optimizing content for performance and user engagement
- Support development and execution of email marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Arts & Design, or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships included)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organization
Preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., marketing automation, analytics tools, social media platforms)
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Basic understanding of SEO/AEO and digital performance metrics
- Interest in technology or public sector (B2G) marketing
