Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms.
• Develop monthly calendars and engaging posts for clients.
• Manage accounts, respond to comments/messages, and track performance.
• Suggest creative strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• SEO & Website Optimization: Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and basic technical improvements.
• Optimize website content for search visibility.
• Track rankings, traffic, and performance using tools like Google Search Console & Analytics.
• Recommend strategies to improve organic search results.
• Paid Advertising (Optional but Preferred): Set up and manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.
• Handle basic Google Ads campaigns (Search/Display).

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager & Instagram campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads (preferred).
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Ability to manage social media accounts independently.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, and basic CMS.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred

• Experience working with agencies or multiple clients.
• Knowledge of content marketing and basic copywriting.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics.
