Job Summary

Own end-to-end content and digital marketing workflows across email, social, blogs, and visuals for bilingual audiences, with a focus on accessibility, analytics, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Own content creation and distribution across email, social, blogs, and banners, with design and CMS control.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to produce social content, graphics, and web assets, and track digital KPIs.
  • Deliver bilingual English/Spanish copy and visuals with DSF accessibility standards in mind.

  • Produce Email Marketing campaigns.
  • \n
  • Research and create blog content for websites.
  • \n
  • Maintain online business listings and monitor customer reviews.
  • \n
  • Create artwork, splash pages and microsites for digital campaigns.
  • \n
  • Easily Adapts design styles and messaging for various audiences and constituent groups
  • \n
  • Prepare weekly and quarterly newsletters
  • \n
  • Coordinate with internal departments to produce content for social media channels.
  • \n
  • Create, schedule and post content for social media channels.
  • \n
  • Manage social media calendar
  • \n
  • Create and execute original graphic design projects from concept development to finished production of content. Assist in design of and distribute logos, marketing materials and other graphic design, as requested.

\nRequirements\n
    \n
  • Bilingual English and Spanish required (ability to both translate and interpret)
  • \n
  • 1-4 years of experience in digital content creation, graphic design, photography and videography, and social media management
  • \n
  • Knowledge of top photo and video editing software and trends
  • \n
  • Understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and scheduling tools
  • \n
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
  • \n
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Share Point is a plus
  • \n
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, and organization skills
  • \n
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement while working independently as well with team members
  • \n
  • Optimistic attitude and flexibility in a changing work environment
  • \n
  • Confident in abilities to communicate in both English and Spanish
  • \n
