Digital Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the drop calendar and project board so every initiative has an owner, due date and status.
• Run a weekly project check-in and flag anything at risk well before its deadline.
• Make sure every product drop launches with its email, store listing and menu updates ready.
• Write and maintain standard operating procedures for the digital processes you own.
• Plan, build and send email campaigns for product drops, merch, seeds and retail promotions.
• Run every send through our approval process before it goes out.
• Report on open rate, click rate and sales after each campaign.
• Keep product menus, photos and descriptions accurate on Weedmaps, Budflow and iHeartJane.
• Upload and update product photos with retail partners.
• Maintain our strain library and store locator.

Requirements

• Digital marketing, e-commerce or marketing project management.
• Hands-on experience running Shopify and an email platform (Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar).
• A track record of running projects on deadline with a tool like Trello, Asana or Monday.
• Strong attention to detail: you notice when a price, photo or description is wrong.
• Clear written communication and comfort following up with people across teams.
• Comfort with Google Workspace, especially Drive and Sheets.
• Must be 21 or older.

Preferred

• Experience in California cannabis, especially with Weedmaps, iHeartJane or Budflow.
• Familiarity with cannabis marketing compliance rules.
• Experience managing remote or offshore team members.
• Basic photo editing or Canva skills.
• Experience writing SOPs or building team workflows.
