Job Description

Research creators, brands, media contacts, and partnership opportunities
Assist with sponsorship, partnership, and outreach efforts
Support campaign planning, execution, and reporting
Research industry trends, competitors, and marketing opportunities
Help prepare presentations, proposals, and client materials
Maintain project trackers, contact databases, and internal systems
Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and follow-up communications
Assist with client and business administration
Help manage deadlines and keep projects moving forward
Support planning and coordination of events, screenings, creator activations, and industry gatherings
