Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media channels to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
• Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to enhance organic search rankings, improve website traffic, and increase conversion rates through targeted content strategies.
• Oversee website management using content management systems like WordPress, ensuring site content is optimized for SEO and user experience.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns, including SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and paid search marketing, to maximize ROI through precise targeting and performance analysis.
• Analyze web analytics reporting using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimization, and generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate content creation efforts—ranging from blog posts to graphic designs using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop—to produce engaging multimedia assets aligned with marketing goals.
• Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads through email marketing campaigns and personalized customer journeys that drive engagement and sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media platforms.
• Strong technical proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics reporting.
• Proficiency in website management using WordPress or similar content management systems; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in content creation, content management systems, and social media management to develop compelling narratives that engage target audiences.
• Experience in conversion optimization techniques to improve landing page performance and increase customer acquisition rates.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and performance marketing strategies to support online sales growth.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform decision-making; experience with marketing analytics tools is preferred.
