Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Execution: Own and execute the social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging content (photo, video, copy) tailored to each platform.
• Identify and capitalize on trends, cultural moments, and real-time opportunities to drive engagement.
• Ensure brand voice and visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Content Creation & Creative Direction: Lead ideation and production of social-first content including short-form video, reels, stories, and static posts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce campaign assets.
• Direct and execute on-location shoots, product photography, and lifestyle content when needed.
• Continuously evolve content quality, style, and storytelling to align with brand direction.
• Community Management & Reputation: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews (Google, Yelp, app stores, etc.) in a timely, brand-aligned manner.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing brand social accounts and growing engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Experience with analytics tools (native platforms, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Ability to shoot and edit photo/video content is highly preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
