Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional, retention, and loyalty communications.
  • Segment email lists, manage automation workflows, and personalize content for targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns for maximum engagement.
  • Plan, write, and manage blogs, web content, and digital storytelling initiatives that align with the brand.
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce multimedia content for web and social channels.
  • Ensure all content is SEO-optimized, on-brand, and tailored for target audiences.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and optimize for ROI and performance goals.
  • Monitor and report website performance using analytics tools; make recommendations for improvements.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize display and programmatic ad campaigns across relevant networks and platforms.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors to ensure campaign targeting, creative, and budget alignment.
  • Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, optimizing for engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Develop and manage content calendars across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to online engagement in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to increase audience reach and engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on all digital marketing campaigns and website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other reporting platforms.
  • Develop actionable insights to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and support revenue growth.
  • Present performance reports and recommendations to the Director of Marketing and other leadership as needed.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors for campaign execution and support.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Promotions, Graphic Design, and Player Development to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or casino environments is required.
  • Proven experience managing email campaigns, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, display/programmatic advertising, and analytics is required.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, content management systems, and analytics/reporting tools is required.
  • LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to be licensed by the Lac du Flambeau Tribal Gaming Commission.

Preferred

  • Hospitality or casino industry experience preferred.
