Job Description

Own Digital Strategy: Develop and manage digital plans that support growth across clinicians, patients, and channel partners
Support Demand Creation: Engage referral physicians and clinicians to encourage prescribing and recommendation
Build patient awareness and education to generate demand
Support DME partners with programs that improve conversion
Drive Measurable Outcomes: Define KPIs and track performance tied to demand generation and sales impact
Manage Campaign Execution: Oversee digital channels including paid media, search, content, and CRM
Stay Hands-On: Step in to support campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis when needed
Use Data to Improve Performance: Analyze results and adjust programs to improve efficiency and outcomes
Work Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Product, E-commerce, and global teams
