Responsibilities

• Manager and update website content
• Manage Inovi's social media (i.e. LinkedIn) presence and social publishing calendar.
• Draft, edit and publish digital and long-form content.
• Develop newsletters, email campaigns, case studies and other marketing materials.
• Support executive LinkedIn and thought-leadership content.
• Coordinate SEO initiatives and website optimization.
• Monitor website, social, email and campaign analytics.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and basic performance reporting.
• Support digital campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
• Create and update presentations, graphics and marketing collateral.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of B2B digital marketing, content marketing or integrated-marketing experience.
• Experience with a recognized company or sophisticated marketing organization is preferred.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing websites, social channels, email and digital content.
• Strong knowledge of analytics, SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
• High proficiency with generative AI tools and a demonstrated ability to integrate AI into daily workflows.
• Experience with content-management systems, marketing automation, analytics and creative platforms.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
