Job Description

Drive CrossCountry's digital presence across website management, paid search, and AI-powered optimization to support growth and acquisitions.

  • Own CrossCountry's website, ensuring content accuracy, performance, and brand alignment.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to reflect evolving services, acquisitions, and brand.
  • Proactively identify website enhancements and performance improvements, bringing ideas before issues arise.
  • Serve as the internal digital lead on website redesigns, coordinating with agencies on technical requirements, reviews, testing, and implementation.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships related to our digital channels, including the external web developer.
  • Lead a high-volume paid search program across multiple campaigns, leveraging AI-assisted workflows for optimization analysis, targeting, and reporting.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic and third-party digital campaigns aligned with growth priorities and audiences.
  • Partner with the content lead on organic search strategy to align paid and organic efforts.
  • Track and report digital performance metrics to optimize channel mix, targeting, and ROI.
  • Evaluate and recommend new paid media channels, platforms, and technologies to expand digital reach as needs evolve.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience in professional services, consulting, or B2B environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered digital marketing tools with curiosity to explore new capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a corporate website, including WordPress proficiency.
  • Strong paid search expertise including strategy, bid management, and performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with programmatic and third-party digital advertising, including execution and vendor management.
  • Solid understanding of how paid and organic search work together, including SEO principles and AI-driven shifts.
  • Strong project management skills coordinating across multiple stakeholders and initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented and structured with a track record of end-to-end program ownership.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
