Own multi-channel growth, nurture automation, and community events for IMF's Masterclass and cross-border programs, balancing video-led content and live sessions with audience building and engagement.

Social, Email & Events: Own video content, newsletters, and weekly Masterclasses plus daily WhatsApp community engagement.
Growth & Funnels: Build nurture workflows, optimize sign-ups and conversions, and track pixel-based performance across TikTok, HubSpot, and platforms.
Measurement & Ops: Align content calendar with analytics, reporting, and event programming through year end.

Job Description

Social Media Growth and video output: publish 4–5 posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn and produce 1–2 YouTube videos plus 3–5 Shorts.
Audience growth: grow each platform to 1,000 followers near-term toward 10,000.
Content creation: film and edit content at interviews and live community events.
Email automation: build and activate HubSpot behavioral nurture workflows and automated follow-up sequences.
Email performance: lift email click-through rates from 1.3–1.6% to the 2–3% industry benchmark.
Newsletter: publish the weekly newsletter across owned channels, including LinkedIn.
Community & events: support weekly Zoom and Discord Masterclass sessions, manage the IMF WhatsApp community daily, and provide marketing/content support for monthly in-person events.
Website & funnel: implement and maintain tracking (TikTok Pixel, HubSpot Pixel) and improve sign-up page conversion, remove funnel friction, and maintain the events page with programming through year end.
