Job Summary

Drive day-to-day client delivery and multi-channel coordination for a digital marketing manager role at OmniFunnel Marketing.

  • Own the delivery pipeline and weekly status calls for assigned accounts.
  • Must-have: 3–5+ years in digital marketing with agency experience.
  • Standout: Direct CEO access and clear path to Director-level growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You are a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. You run weekly status calls, compile performance summaries, and keep clients informed on project progress and timelines. You escalate strategic decisions to the Director or CEO when needed, but you handle the day-to-day relationship with professionalism and accountability.
  • Performance reporting — You pull data from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, and internal dashboards to build weekly and monthly client reports. You understand the metrics well enough to contextualize them — not just copy-paste numbers.
  • Cross-sell awareness — When you notice a client’s email program is underperforming relative to their paid media, you flag it to leadership with context. You don’t need to architect the solution, but you need to see the gap.
  • Expectation management — You communicate timelines honestly, manage scope conversations diplomatically, and ensure clients feel informed without being overwhelmed.
  • You own the day-to-day delivery pipeline for your assigned accounts. Every task, deadline, and handoff runs through you.
  • Cross-discipline coordination — You work across paid media, email/SMS, creative, web development, and tracking teams to keep parallel workstreams on schedule and connected. A single client might have a Meta campaign launch, Klaviyo flow rebuild, and landing page build happening simultaneously — you keep all three moving.
  • QA checkpoint — You review deliverables before they go to the client for strategic alignment. Does the campaign structure match what was briefed? Are the tracking pixels in place? Is the creative on-brand and on-strategy? You catch issues before they ship.
  • Asana & documentation — You maintain project boards, briefs, status updates, and internal documentation. The team should never have to ask “where are we on this?” because your systems already answer that question.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in digital marketing with agency experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and performance analytics
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager) and how tracking infrastructure works
  • Experience managing client relationships and running status calls
  • Strong project management skills — Asana or equivalent experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — organized, proactive, detail-obsessed

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads campaign management
  • Klaviyo experience or familiarity with eCommerce email/SMS programs
  • Experience with Stape, server-side GTM, or Conversion API implementations
  • Background in eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Webflow)
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation workflows

Benefits

  • Founder-led, senior-operator culture — Direct access to the CEO. No layers of bureaucracy.
  • Proprietary technology — AI tools, server-side tracking, and creative pipelines most agencies can’t build.
  • Premium client roster — Brands investing $50K–$200K+/month who expect real partners, not order-takers.
  • Growth trajectory — This role has a clear path to Director-level responsibility for the right person.
  • Hybrid flexibility — Miami Beach HQ with a hybrid model that values collaboration and focus equally.
